Do we have to be a school?
Nope. Youth teams, booster clubs, churches, Christian schools, sports ministries, parent groups, tournament organizers, coaches, and community programs can all buy from the program.
Do you only work with sports teams?
No. The products we have right now lean heavily toward sports, but other groups can use them for gifts, recognition, outreach, or fundraising too.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product. Most current families start at 25 pieces. Sports Cross Keychains also have a 10-pack. If a size is not shown on the product page, that product does not support it right now.
Can we order 250, 500, or 1,000?
Maybe, and that is exactly what the quote form is for. Price and availability depend on the product, timing, packaging, freight, and where it is going. Not every product works at every quantity.
Do you run the fundraiser for us?
Nope. We supply the merchandise. Your group decides what to charge, collects the money, and gets the products to your supporters. We do not take a cut of what you raise.
Can you ship individual orders to our supporters?
Not through this program. We ship the bulk order to your organization or the destination we confirm with you. Your group handles local distribution.
How do we set our resale price?
That part is up to you. Before picking a price, account for taxes, payment fees, shipping when it applies, other expenses, and anything that may not sell.
Are fundraising results guaranteed?
No. Anybody who promises that is guessing. Demand, pricing, expenses, and unsold merchandise all matter. The examples on this page are illustrations, not guaranteed profit.
Can we mix sports in one pack?
Not in one current pack. Choose a sport and pack size, then add another sport as a separate selection when it is available.
Can we reorder?
Yes, as long as the product and quantity are still available. For a larger restock, contact us so we can check price and timing again.
How long does shipping take?
It varies. The product page and cart show current availability or preorder timing. We confirm timing separately when we quote a larger order.
Are preorder products available?
Yes. Some products are currently sold by preorder. They are labeled on the product page and in the cart, so check the product-specific timing before you order.
Can churches and nonprofit organizations use the program?
Yes. Churches, ministries, schools, nonprofits, and community groups can buy qualifying products. It is still a merchandise purchase from our business, not a donation program.
Do you offer custom products?
Sometimes a request may be workable, but custom work is not a standard promise. Put the details in the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether the product, quantity, and timing make sense.
Can local organizations pick up?
Do not count on pickup until we confirm it. Contact us before ordering, and we will check the product and timing.
